Allowed - Gujarat is a prohibition state, and alcohol is not permitted on our property. Guests are requested not to bring, store, serve or consume alcohol within the property premises. Smoking should be avoided inside rooms and enclosed areas. Where smoking is permitted, guests should use only the area indicated by our team and take extra care around dry grass, farms, trees and forest surroundings. Illegal substances, weapons, gambling or any activity prohibited by law are not permitted on the property. If any serious illegal or unsafe activity occurs, we may be required to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Allowed - Cancellation and refund terms will be as communicated at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation charges will depend on the confirmed booking terms and the time at which the cancellation request is received. In case of a no show, last minute cancellation or early departure, the booking amount may be partially or fully non refundable as per the terms confirmed at the time of booking. Any approved refund will be processed according to the agreed booking conditions.

Allowed - Birthday celebrations, parties, corporate gatherings, weddings, pre wedding functions, DJs, music systems, decorations, photography setups or other organised events should be discussed with us before making arrangements. We are happy for guests to enjoy their stay, but music and celebrations should remain at a reasonable level and follow local rules and permitted timings. Outside vendors, decorators, photographers, caterers or additional visitors should enter the property only after prior confirmation from our team. Any activity that may damage the property, disturb wildlife, create excessive noise or cause inconvenience to neighbouring properties should be avoided.

Allowed - Guests are requested to take reasonable care of their mobile phones, jewellery, cash, documents, luggage and other personal belongings during their stay. Please inform our team immediately if anything is lost or misplaced so we can assist. Vehicles should be parked only in the suggested parking area and driven carefully inside the property. Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and taking reasonable precautions during their stay. If a guest repeatedly ignores an important safety instruction, causes serious damage, creates significant disturbance or participates in unlawful activity, we may need to restrict the activity or discontinue the stay where reasonably necessary.

Allowed - We request guests to treat rooms, furniture, linen, equipment, gardens and other property facilities with reasonable care. Normal usage is completely understandable, but any significant or intentional damage may be charged based on the actual repair or replacement cost. Please inform our team if anything is accidentally damaged during the stay. Reporting an issue early usually helps us resolve it easily and keeps the experience comfortable for everyone.

Allowed - Guests are requested to follow safety instructions while using the swimming pool, outdoor areas, balconies, terraces, play areas, bonfire areas and other facilities. Children should always remain under the supervision of a responsible adult, especially around swimming pools, water areas, roads and open outdoor spaces. Running around wet areas, unsafe diving, climbing restricted structures or using facilities in an unsafe manner should be avoided. If our team identifies an activity that may create a safety concern, we may request the guest to stop the activity for their own safety and the safety of others.

Allowed - Valid government issued identification may be required for all adult guests at the time of check in. The number of guests staying at the property should match the confirmed booking. Please inform us in advance if there is any change in the number of guests. Outside visitors, additional guests or unregistered guests should be brought to the property only after informing our team. Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid behaviour that may cause discomfort or safety concerns for others.

Allowed - Our property is located in or around a natural wildlife region, so wild animals may occasionally be seen in surrounding areas. Guests should always maintain a safe distance and should never feed, touch, chase, tease, call, attract or attempt to approach any wild animal. If wildlife is seen on or near the property, please remain at a safe location and inform our team. Food should not be intentionally placed outside to attract animals. Guests should also avoid disturbing birds, reptiles or other animals found naturally around the property. Entering nearby forest areas, restricted zones, fenced areas, staff only areas or other prohibited locations without proper permission is not allowed. Forest visits and safaris should only be undertaken through authorised routes and permissions, while following the instructions of the Forest Department, authorised guides and officials. Pets should be brought to the property only after prior confirmation from us. Pets must not be taken into protected forest areas where prohibited by the Forest Department.

No. Your stay booking and Gir Jungle Safari permit are separate. Safari entry requires a valid Forest Department permit, so please confirm your safari separately even after your stay with us is booked.

We recommend booking your safari before travelling, especially during weekends, holidays and peak season. Permits are limited and may sell out. Please use only the official Gujarat Forest Department booking portal and avoid depending on last minute bookings.

Gir Jungle Safari normally operates from 16 October to 15 June and remains closed from 16 June to 15 October during the monsoon period. Devalia Safari Park follows a separate schedule and can be considered when applicable.

No. Gir Jungle Safari takes place in a natural forest, so wildlife sightings depend completely on animal movement and natural conditions. The safari experience includes the Gir forest, birds and other wildlife, even when a lion is not sighted.
